Waterford Film Festival | 08 – 10 November 2013

Venue: Greyfriars Municipal Art Gallery, Greyfriars St., Waterford – (near Reginald’s Tower)

The Waterford Film Festival was founded in 2007 by filmmaker Stephen Byrne. The aim of the festival is to promote films, from first-time filmmakers to award winning films by filmmakers from around the world. The festival also holds a screenplay competition in which the winner will receive a cash prize plus access to film and editing equipment to make their short film. During the course of the event, the festival showcases a wide range of short films from documentaries, animation, dramas, experimental and student work. Every year the Waterford Municipal Art Gallery at Greyfriars is transformed into a cinema for the duration of the festival.

The four star self catering accommodation at Seacliff Holiday Homes, Dunmore East is the perfect location for all events within County Waterford.
